xoStats is our in-house visitor analytics tool. It runs on our server; the data remains with us and is not shared with third parties. It allows us to see how many people visit the store and which pages they view.

Data Controller: We, as the operator of this store.

Data processed: Session ID, IP address, referring page, pages visited, as well as screen resolution, color depth, and whether Java is enabled. Your customer number is processed only if you have given your consent.

Technology used: A tracking pixel and JavaScript.

Retention period: According to the period we have set; one year by default.

Legal basis and revocation: Your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) of the GDPR and § 25(1) of the TDDDG. You may revoke your consent at any time in the cookie settings with future effect.

Google Analytics shows us how our shop is used: which pages are viewed, where visitors stop, and which items are of interest. We use this to improve the shop.

Processing company: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland

Data processed: Pages viewed and events triggered, approximate location, device and browser details and a pseudonymous identifier. If you place an order, also the order value and the items ordered.

Technology used: Cookies and JavaScript.

Storage period: Cookies for up to two years; how long the reports are kept depends on the setting in our Google account.

Legal basis and withdrawal: Your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG. You can withdraw it at any time in the cookie settings, with effect for the future.

Data transfer to the USA: Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; the EU Commission’s standard contractual clauses apply in addition.
